Okay, I'll let her know. Thanks for the offer Alex, but pickup *should* be doable before 6pm (and Delhaven is closer than Chatham!). Funny you should ask about storage...I completely rearranged my fridge to make room for the pail to fit! I'm hoping it will keep for the week it'll be in there.

You may want to get your friend to put some campden tablets in it to kill off any wild yeast

Apparently I misinterpreted when the cider will be pressed, so it may not be ready on Tuesday. I will let everyone know when they're ready to pick up.

My yeast order ended a bit messed up, and because of this I have an extra two packs of Wyeast 4766 cider yeast if anyone is interested

I'm keeping some unfermented cider to use to back sweeten with.

I also got the call! Everyone can go and collect their cider and provide payment. Maybe we'll set up a cider tasting for the November meeting.. if it lasts that long!
