Hey all, the time has finally come. The off flavour kit is in and we're accepting registration into the sessions. Note that some of these are not "off flavours" per se, such as Geraniol or Eugenol, but will still be good for palate training.
This is how it's going to work. Because there are 12 off flavours we have decided to split this into two sessions of six off flavours. This will help avoid palate fatigue and make it easier to retain what you've learned. Each session is going to have an entry fee of $15 which will get you trained up on six off flavours. If you sign up for both off flavour sessions the total cost will be $25 total. We only have enough off flavour spikes for 8 people (myself included).
To get registered just post below. Payment can made in cash at the event or by etransfer to alex.bullock@hotmail.com. Please note that if you register below it means you have committed to coming and paying the entry fee. If you do not show up then we have wasted some off-flavour which is wasted money and a wasted opportunity for someone to learn, so the entry fee will is still expected to be paid even if you do not show up.
