Ladies and Gentleman,
I’m pleased to officially introduce our inter-club fun competition to you. This one is just us getting together, hanging out and having a fun afternoon of tasting and critiquing each others beers. No BJCP judges, just us deciding which beer reigns supreme on that day! Entries are limited to one per member BUT to add some fun we want you all to bring a friend that loves or is interested in beer to taste and help us judge the winners. The extra fun part is that if you want to bring somebody for the judging that day you can also enter an additional collaboration beer that you’ve brewed with your friend for judging. The cost for your friends one day membership is just $1!
There are no rules on what style or ingredients in your beer submissions. Just make them great. We’re expecting this to be a fun way to introduce some other beer drinkers or those you know on the edge of starting to homebrew that were looking for a reason to try it out and what better way than a collab with you! Get fancy and crazy or stay simple the choice is all yours!
Date: Sunday, October 15th
Time:Starts at 1pm
Location: Sons of Kent
Entries: Bring your cooled serving ready beers that day to the event
Size: 2L (in any vessel or combination of vessels that you feel like)
Cost: Guests $1
So get started with your recipes and grab a friend for a great collab. We’re all looking forward to what you (and your friends) come up with!
Feel free to drop any questions on this thread! Cheers!

Please note: I've changed the date in the above post to reflect that the event will now be October 15th at the brewery as there was a conflict we had to work around. Very excited about this one! Hope to see you all there.

Just a reminder and note to everybody about the event on Sunday. It's going to be more of a get together ad real loose when it comes to scoring (think rankings like I'd drink another pint). Also, if you don't have a beer ready or if something didn't work out feel free to come anyway or bring what you have. It's meant to be fun so we want to include as many people as we can. Remember to bring 2L in whatever combo of bottles you want.
Cheers, Stephen
