Please bring a 1L sample of your homebrew. Remember that this is the meeting to bring your ingredient-challenge beer! Priority will be given to the challenge beers if we get more than 10 samples.
Basically, the first 10 people to sign up will be bringing their beers. You can bring more than one beer, but there will only be 10 beers in total.
Post your beer in the following format:
Beer Name: Beer Style: Challenge Ingredient: IBU: SRM: ABV:

I'll bring my challenge beer (if I can get it kegged and carbed in time). This is a 60/40 wheat/pilsener beer kettle soured with Jamieson's Digestive Care (Lactobacillus Plantarum) probiotic. Has 0.5 oz each of coriander and salt added at 10 mins left in the boil.
Beer Style: Gose (pronounced goes-a) Challenge Ingredient: Coriander IBU: 7 SRM: 2 ABV: 4.0% (just an estimate.. hasn't reached terminal gravity yet)

Well I'm gonna throw in because I actually have some stuff ready all at once. The Saison was kegged and is almost out. Hoping I can draw a full litre off (but waiting so it's fresher so who knows...). The second two are an American Wheat that I racked onto fruit and veg. It was a split 5 gal batch so there's not a ton but if nobody gets pour crazy I'll bring a couple bigger bottles (two beers but due to smaller sample size I'm calling it one lol)
Beer Name: This is not a Season Beer Style: Saison IBU: 30 SRM: 6 ABV: 7%
Beer Name: Sweet's Tart Cherry Wheat Beer Style: American Wheat/Fruit Beer IBU: 27 SRM: 4 ABV: 5.2%
Beer Name: Sweet's Rhubarb Wheat Beer Style: American Wheat/Vegetable Beer IBU: 27 SRM: 4 ABV: 5.2%
Of course I'll hold off if we get more challenge beers.
Cheers, Stephen

My challenge ingredient was cherries and I brewed an American Wheat with pure Montmorency sour cherry concentrate. I added the equivalent of about 6 lbs of fresh cherries, enough to hopefully provide a subtle flavour. I wanted this to taste like a beer first.
Beer Name: CherryFest Wheat Beer Style: American Wheat Challenge Ingredient: Cherries IBU: 20 SRM: 4.8 estimate from the grains. Definitely a cherry-amber hue now ABV: 5-5.4

I couldn't get my keezer built in time so I won't be bringing my Gose. Hopefully I'll get the keezer up and running this week and then the only problem will be ensuring I don't drink all the Gose before the next meeting!
Come on guys, lets bring some more challenge beers if they're ready!
