Please bring a 1L sample of your homebrew.
Basically, the first 10 people to sign up will be bringing their beers. You can bring more than one beer, but there will only be 10 beers in total.
Post your beer in the following format:

I'm going to bring my experimental "Black IPA" aka "The Bagel Can't Wait Black IPA". This was a whirlpool / hop experiment where I brewed the beer as normal but after the boil I cooled down to 170F and dumped in and whirlpooled with 1 lb of Centennial TYPE hops. Was an attempt to get all of the hop character without any added bitterness. Beer turned out OK, I would like some comments though. If everyone likes the character of the hops then I will be selling 1 lb bags of it for $5.. otherwise I'll toss them.
Beer Name: The Bagel Can't Wait Black IPA Beer Style: Black IPA (More of a Stout IPA) IBU: 70 SRM: 34 ABV: 5.3%

I experimented and tried a mango-jalapeno ale. Didn't turn out ANYTHING like I wanted, but it's drinkable.
Beer Name: Mexican Radio (all my names are based upon songs) Beer Style: Fruit Beer IBU: 40 SRM: 8 ABV: 4.6%
I'm interested in getting some advice on hops and schedule for my next brew, a black IPA.

Looking forward to trying both beers! I didn't have time to do a wet hopped beer like I wanted so I will live vicariously through you. imaretiree this is only the second Black IPA I've done, but I know keegan has done quite a few. He should be able to provide some valuable info

It's October so it's time to drink some Oktoberfest beer. This is actually a clone recipe from Resurgence Brewing in Buffalo NY that was published in BYO magazine. I brewed it on June 19th so it's had some lager time.
Beer Name: Prost! Beer Style: Oktoberfest/Marzen IBU:24 SRM:13 ABV: 5.2

Beer Name: Cream of the Crops Beer Style: Cream Ale IBU: 15 SRM: 5.2 ABV: 5.1
Tasted kind of commercial going into the secondary, so I lightly dry-hopped to help it out a bit.
