Ok it's 5 o'clock in Newfoundland so here goes. Aroma of rich malt and yeast esters, nice rocky head that's long lasting. I taste flavours of roast malt, caramel, and I also think I get a hint of raisin. The tang from the cranberries and the carbonation balance the sweetness. Nice warming alcohol, this is a fireside beer and perfect for Christmas Eve. Thanks!

Good job Steve! Very nice Saison. I taste the Cranberry perfectly. Orange gives it a nice zest finish. I even get some of the sour aroma from the Cranberry. I agree with Pete on a bit of raison. I forgot that this was bottle conditioned so waited a bit before it settled in my glass. A little yeast ain't never going to hurt anyone. I actually like it better a little warmer than straight from the fridge. Dark brown colour and head retention 10/10. Lacing was beautiful as well. Well done Steve, I sipped this one slow, I didn't want it to end. Cheers.

Really nice, almost creamy head - very fine too. I also let it warm up a bit after the first sip and was rewarded with a nice cranberry aroma mixed with (I think) some of the yeast esters, underscored with some maltiness. Good tartness from the cranberries - would the yeast have contributed to that as well? A hint of orange complemented it nicely as did the warmth from the alcohol. I'd say a fitting, festive and tasty beer for Christmas eve. Thanks Stephen!

Sorry I didn't get to the last two beers but I've been travelling eastern Ontario seeing family.
Never had a dark saison before. Nice head and I love the colour of the beer. I get a little bit of the saison yeast in the nose. Can't figure out the other amoma. On first sip I get a slight orange flavour and then the tartness of the cranberry takes over. Malty in the middle, and then the saison yeast flavour with a slight tart orange finish.
I'll be quite honest........I'd buy this beer from you next Christmas. This is a sit down in front of the fire, nice acoustic guitar music (Maneli Jamel, Adrien Legg, etc), dogs laying beside you, playing Samurai-Sudoku and sipping beer. I agree with Denny....I'm taking little sips to extend this beer.
