Hey there,
those who brew with coffee, whats the best way to get it added into my beer sanitized and how much should i be adding to a 5 gallon keg?

I don't have much experience using coffee in secondary but my method was to soak the rough ground beans in vodka for 1-2weeks to sanitize, then dump the vodka out and rack onto the beans in secondary.
If using raw beans in this way then you don't need much contact time.. even a day may be enough. I've had good luck just making coffee and blending it in the keg or bottling bucket.. nice and sanitary that way.
