First recipe as sampled at Dec meeting
I didn't use the whirlfloc tablet. OG and FG are from the recipe
My OG was a little low so I added 1/2lb of white sugar boiled for 5 mins to sterilise at dry hopping.
Taste test it is very close to the actual beer with mine being a little sweeter.
